Psychotherapy:

Primarily, this type of therapy involves talking about the feelings you may have about yourself or others, particularly those who are close to you. It can help yo to find new ways of approaching situations that you may have found difficult.

NLP:

Neuro-linguistic programming - this is a form of therapy that combines neuro (brain) linguistic (language) programming to assist in how you communicate with others and manage your emotions and mood. It can enable you to run your own life more effectively. 

CBT:

Cognitive behavioural therapy focuses on our thought patterns - the way we think. Sometimes we may need to change these thought patterns, especially if they are unnecessarily negative or holding us back. I can help you do this by discussing your thought patterns and helping you to change undesirable and negative thinking. It is primarily a talking therapy.

Hypnotherapy:

Hypnotherapy uses the power of positive suggestion to bring about a change in our thoughts, emotions and behaviour. You will be in a relaxed state but remain in control at all times.
